Fine Arts

Milby High School in Houston offers a comprehensive Fine Arts program designed to encourage creativity and self-expression. Students can explore a diverse range of artistic disciplines, including Art (Visual Arts), Theatre, Dance, and Music (which includes Band, Orchestra, Guitar, and Music Appreciation).     

The program benefits from a 500-seat auditorium and a black box theatre, providing excellent facilities for performances and practice. Milby's fine arts initiatives are part of a larger district effort to provide an "Arts-Rich Education" that emphasizes critical thinking, cultural awareness, and real-world skills through the arts. 🎭🎶🎨
